The visit to Elgoods Brewery has had to be changed again due to circumstances beyond our control. The new date is Friday 10 July.departing the Brewery Tap at 6pm. Could all people who booked for the 9th confirm with John Hunt if they can make the new date. There are still a couple of places spare on the minibus for anyone else who can now make the trip. Decoy relaunch. The Decoy in Milking Nook near Peakirk is now under new management. Andy Simmonds and Barry Gilson have both been involved with the pub trade for a number of years and will no doubt make a success of the Decoy.

Congratulations to Jill and Dean at the Jolly Brewer, Stamford. The Jolly Brewer has been confirmed today as the Lincolnshire Pub of the Year 2009 and will now be entered into the competition for East Midlands Pub of the Year
