See the Daniel Sibley XV take on Duncan Davies' Peterborough Welsh side followed by a party. £5 a ticket - which includes entry to the game and the party/disco. The bar will be open during the game and after until closing time. There will be a raffle drawn after the game and as my sources have informed me, some old school pub games involving the chance to win bottles of alcohol. This event is to raise money for the Meningitis UK charity to help them fund research for vaccines.

On p.35 BAE No.154 you refer to The College Arms as being the old library. The library was in the building to the north which became a night club. The College Arms was the original Peterborough Technical College which pre-ceeded the one in Eastfield which started in the late 1940s.

The Scotgate in Stamford has been converted back to a proper pub (Was Cromwells) and will reopen on Friday 25th June for strictly over-21s only.

Members from each of the branches in East Anglia surveyed the pubs that each branch submitted as a nominee for East Anglian champion and the Hand & Heart has now been named as champion.
An award ceremony will be arranged in due course.
